Meet our newest qualified builder.
Concision’s process is a complementary system to traditional construction. The operation acts as a single location for many of the trades and processes associated with a build project.
The digital technology translates building designs into staged production outputs with complete design integrity upheld by the precision of the automated machinery.

Your new building project is designed by your design and building supplier, and these comprehensive plans are forwarded to Concision.
These designs are translated into digital files that run the Concision CNC machinery. Concision use a European software package call Cadwork which has been specifically designed to support this machinery.
A high degree of accuracy in measurements (+-0.5mm) is achieved because the machinery used to produce all of the building elements is digitally controlled.
To ensure the integrity and accuracy of each element used in the construction of your new building, all timber is cut on-site using a high-tech 5 axis CNC controlled saw. The saw operates virtually hands-free with automatic in-feed and out-feed features.
Concision homes are insulated to the R value that is appropriate to your location, ensuring the inside is comfortable no matter what the conditions outside. Because the insulation is installed in a factory to precise procedures and tolerances, maximum insulation benefits are always achieved.
Windows play a major role in any home - they provide indoor-outdoor flow, ventilation, light, safety, security, comfort and aesthetic style. Homes constructed with Concision technology use high quality aluminium framed double glazed windows of contemporary design, to ensure thermal and noise insulation standards are met and that weather tightness is never an issue.
Throughout the production process, all electrical fitting locations are programmed into the CNC equipment. This allows for behind-the-wall electrical services to be installed accurately and efficiently within the factory.
As with the electrical fixtures, all behind-the-wall plumbing requirements are installed in the factory. This ensures the accuracy and efficiency of the build are maintained. As you would expect, all plumbing is tested and approved before the element leaves the factory.
Wall, roof and floor elements are transported to site via a fleet of purpose-built trailers. This system has been specifically designed to give high freight efficiency as well as zero damage caused by freight issues.
Because wall, roof and floor (where needed) elements come to site completed, ready to assemble and are produced to exacting stands of accuracy and quality, the assembly process is straightforward with each element perfectly fitting to the next. Elements are joined together and walls fixed to floors with proven and tested technology accepted by all Councils in New Zealand, giving you peace of mind.
Concision’s prefabricated build solution involves the construction and assembly of two-dimensional sections of a building, including walls, floors and roofing panels. The panels are insulated as required, clad and pre-fitted with windows, electrical and plumbing services that are ready for connection to on-site services.
In essence, Concision’s factory produces walls, floors and roofing that are completely as-per-plan, and ready for transportation and on-site assembly.
Significant quality controls are in place throughout the process to ensure best practice is adhered to across all disciplines and stages. The Concision process is highly monitored and robust to ensure optimal panelised production outputs.
